About the Owner
Charmaine Harden is the Administrator and Owner of Charms Compassionate Care and has spent many years working in the healthcare field. Her decision to open an assisted living home was deeply personal.
After witnessing a senior she once cared for placed in a large facility where personal attention was lacking, Charmaine knew there had to be a better way. She envisioned a smaller, more compassionate environment where seniors receive individualized care, meaningful attention, and genuine respect.
